Agreement

By accessing or using the GurshaPlus website (including the waitlist and contact forms), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site is used to gauge interest in GurshaPlus features (such as paid private sessions for creators), collect early-access signups, and receive feedback. The product may still be in development or conceptual form. Descriptions on the site are not a promise that any particular feature will be built, delivered, or available on a specific timeline.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live (typically 18 or older). Do not use the site if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or forms: no unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content; no attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our systems; no impersonation; and no submission of malware or harmful code. We may refuse or remove submissions that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

The GurshaPlus name, branding, text, and design on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Submitting your email or a message does not give you rights in our trademarks or content.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties (for example hosting and Firebase). Your use of the site is also subject to their terms and policies where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GurshaPlus and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us specifically for this website in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if you have not paid us for this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Future product and payments

When a full GurshaPlus product is offered, fees, payouts, creator obligations, and fan terms may be governed by separate agreements and policies. Nothing on this early-access site obligates you to pay fees or obligates us to provide a commercial product until such terms are clearly offered and accepted.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms of Service. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms, where allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be interpreted in line with the laws applicable to the operating entity, which may be Ethiopia or another jurisdiction you designate with your counsel. Courts or forums for disputes should be specified with a qualified lawyer based on where GurshaPlus is incorporated and operates.
